Return & Cancellation Policy

You can return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Simply contact us within this timeframe, and we will provide you with a return shipping label to facilitate the process.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it thoroughly to ensure everything is in order. After the inspection, we will process your full refund, which will typically be completed within 10 business days. We value your trust and are here to make your experience as seamless as possible.

Free Cancellation: We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. You are welcome to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. However, once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, you can still return the item for a refund in accordance with our return policy. If you are shipping an item over Rs 1,000 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund: To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Late Refund: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
